I’m beyond excited to share a big milestone in my photography journey! Not long ago, I had the chance to get some of my photos up at a local restaurant. Nothing huge, but it was a moment that really set things in motion. What started as a small showcase soon started gaining traction, and my work began to connect with more and more people.
At first, it was all about capturing the simple moments—travel shots, stunning landscapes, fashion models doing their thing, family memories, and of course, the cuteness overload of pets. Each shot told a story, and slowly but surely, people started noticing.
That local exposure turned into opportunities I never expected. My photos started getting noticed outside my hometown and reaching people all across the U.S. It’s honestly wild to see my work displayed in different places and in print, and even crazier to think that it’s reaching so many new people.
This whole experience has shown me the importance of putting your work out there and taking chances. I’m seriously grateful for all the support I’ve gotten so far, and I’m so pumped to see where this journey takes me next!
I’ve just published my first photo magazine all about Andersonville, Chicago—capturing the unique vibe of this amazing neighborhood.
On top of that, my work was recently recognized by the Edgewater Historical Society here in Chicago! It’s such an honor to have my photos showcased in such a respected space.
And the best part? After 30+ years of passion, I’ve officially turned photography into my full-time career! No more juggling side jobs—just me, my camera, and the work I love.
Thanks to everyone who’s been part of this journey! Can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes me!
Thanks for following along, and stay tuned for what’s to come!
